2. Problems you encounter using Carramba.net
Q: I have placed script on my site, still only links that are visible are test links/there are no links visible.
A: In our system links distribution is conducted once a day (after 10 PM CET). Wait until next distribution ends.
Q: I have put the code on site's pages but script does not work.
A: Presumably you pasted code wrong or forgot to use tags before and after Carramba.net code. If you are using CMS we invite you to read Carramba.net Manual (chapter 1.4.).
Q: When I try to add sites/links using CSV file i get "Bad csv file structure" error, what is wrong?
A: Check if CSV file is UNICODE encoded. We created CSV coding walk-through available at subpages of our service "Your Sites" for sites, and "Your Links" for links.
Q: I have added the site and its status is "Not Approved", why?
A: We do not accept porn, gambling, pharmaceutical nor political sites. We also do not accept sites which are cloaked or where links are hidden (text in background colour, small fonts, layers, etc.).
